We went to see David Byrne play at Davies Hall October 7. He has a new album out with Brian Eno (who isn't touring with him). Byrne closed with Burning Down the House accompanied by the Extra Action Marching Band. Awesome. They did an encore at a local bar after the show. Extra Awesome.

Spider Outside of Nancy's Place
I think it is a Garden Orb Weaving Spider. It looks scary (I didn't like getting this close) but I think it's mostly non poisonous and not aggressive. I didn't know this when I took the picture. I'll admit it, I'm not a big fan of spiders.

I could use this view today.
Weather's changing and my mind is wandering back to our summer vacation. This set the standard for best kitchen view ever.
